These Terms and Conditions govern the use of nexotariomx.com and the educational materials published by Nexotariomx Consultoría Patrimonial S.C. By accessing or using the site, you agree to what is stated here.
1. Nature of the service
Nexotariomx offers exclusively educational content, guides, calculators and informational sessions. We do not provide financial services, we do not raise funds from the public, we do not act as an investment adviser and we do not manage products regulated by CNBV, CONDUSEF or CNSF.
2. Permitted use
You may consult, download and print the materials for personal, family or educational use, as long as you respect intellectual property rights and do not make substantive modifications. Commercial reproduction requires prior written authorisation.
3. Accuracy of information
Content is periodically reviewed during the current fiscal year, however regulations and government programs may change. We always recommend verifying the information with the corresponding official institution before making decisions.

7. Jurisdiction
For any dispute arising from the use of the site, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
