At Nexotariomx we use cookies and equivalent technologies to enable the operation of the site, measure its performance and, whenever you authorise it, personalise the experience. This policy explains which categories we use, how you can manage them and how we apply the Google Consent Mode v2 standard.
1. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary cookies: keep the site secure and operational. Functional cookies: remember preferences such as language. Analytics cookies: let us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. Advertising cookies: allow campaign measurement and message personalisation on external platforms when you authorise it.
2. Default consent state
When you open the site for the first time, all non-essential categories are DENIED. This means no advertising or analytics measurement is activated until you choose «Accept all» or save your customised preferences.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, the standard required by Google to manage consent signals for Google Ads and Google Analytics. Before any Google tag loads, we initialise the states ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage as «denied». When you update your preferences, we send gtag('consent','update', ...) with the chosen values and dispatch the cookie_consent_update event to dataLayer.
4. How to change your choice
You can change your choice at any time by clicking «Cookie preferences» at the bottom of the page or clearing your browser's local storage so the banner appears again. Changes take effect immediately.
5. Cookies used
Local storage: nexotariomx_consent_v1 (stores your choice for 12 months). Google Ads tags AW-18064110603 (only after consent). Aggregated analytics tags (only after consent). We do not use social network cookies.
6. Third parties and jurisdiction
Data derived from analytics and advertising cookies may be processed by providers in the United States or the European Union. We apply the standard contractual clauses when applicable and comply with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
